Wink Fork bracing options TBR7??

Trying to improve suspension and looking for Fork bracing options??

Looking to brace the front forks on my tbr7 and was hoping there is an buy and bolt on option....

I do.have a new rear shock coming.

Any other suspension improvements? (Doing the fork oil

Cheers and thanks all

there isn't really, I bought a steel harley wide glide fork brace and re-formed it to fit between the forks. I also had to re-position the holes and get longer bolts to mount it.
However, the improvement is well worth the effort. no more twisting front end, you can grab a handfull of front brakes with confidence

Tbr7. Fork brace

Hi all. 2020. Tbr7 here. Wpsports or whatever there name is, DONT do business with them! I heard stories about them regarding there fork braces.
They advertise the $21.00 dollar brace plus 12.00$ shipping. I ordered one.
3weeks went by no response, I called and spoke to a nice lady who told me they were out of stock on those, but did have the OTHER braces available for 79.99$. I asked her politely if the EVER had the 21.00$ braces at all! She ACTUALLY said no. Im not kidding. Im desperately looking for a sensible brace for my bike like others have gotten, and shown. But prices are ridiculous.
My bike is very bad in sand, even with knobby tires, fork flexing is the only other causes it could be. Tbr7 forks flex alot with little effort. Stand in front of your bike and bold the front tire with your knees and turn the handlebars.
I can flex my tire about 2 1/2 inches either way from pointing staight with the fender.
Safe riding
Christopher

I was fortunate enough to be able to build one at home just using my bench vice. Mine is built from thick aluminum plate. But I still noticed a lot of flex. I got the best results from torquing the front axle bolt to the recommended 35 ft lbs. it feels like your tightening it too much, but it has been fine.

it does, but you have to re-work it somewhat. I made a compression rod to fit in between the mounting holes and then re-formed the upper part of the bend to clear the fork seal area. if you look at the picture, you'll see that the bend is a little sharper at the top than the sides.
this has no effect on the stiffness of the brace and I was able to do this by squeezing the brace in a 5" vice

on a side note.... went riding with one of my 30+ yr long friends who grew up riding a dirt bikes and he was pretty impressed with the turnaround. He rode the tbr7 stock and after i rejetted/airpod/new exhaust/plug etc.... he thinks i got about as much out of it as i could.

then he let me ride his WR250F.... holy $#!t.... that thing has some b@11z. way more bike than i knew what to do with....

a piece of wood or metal that fits between the inside mounting faces of the brace to prevent them from bending inwards when you squeeze the top radius part in the vice
