Well I went and got the new Tao Tao TBR7 titled and plated in Arizona today, Had no problems at all and total with tax was $180 for a year.
I did not even have the bike with me.
Also TXpowersports sent my MCO and bill of sale priority mail 3 days after I received bike.
Everything went so smooth I may buy another from them real soon.
