Where to Mount TBR7 Tank Plastics Metal Bracket

Hello everyone this is my first post. I'm trying to assemble my 2021 TBR7. There's a metal rod bracket that connects the two tank plastics together on the bottom. For the life of me I can't see where to Mount the bracket on the frame. If someone can post a picture or let me know where to look for it that would be great.

So on the petcock side of the frame there is a ring welded on that should be the spot.

There is a thick rubber grommet that isolates the rod from the frame. the bolt and grommet go on the frame near the front top of the engine. The tabs on the tank plastics which connect to the rod ends shoule help locate where the rod bolt goes.
