TaoTao dealer
Brother in law asked me who the best online Tao dealer is to buy from, and I have no clue. Told him I’d ask you guys, he’s wanting a tbr7D, is all I know. Any advice would be wonderful so he will stop bugging me about it. Christmas and Thanksgiving are about all of him I can tolerate…..

he can't be all bad he wants a TBR7. lol I got mine from powersportsmax.com My transaction went well through them. I bought a TBR7 not TBR7D though not sure if theres a difference

Nah, he's ok...sorta. Just wanted a good source so if he needed parts down the road, he wouldn't be up my ass looking for things. He's a needy type.....

I believe the 'D' denotes rear 'disc brakes' as the original model did not come with them. Other TBR7s came with a 520 chain and, but that might have been a post-Covid issue where Taotao grabbed whatever parts were available at the time. I believe those came from satan's, er Manny's dealership--TXPowersports, so they might have spec'd them that way seeing as the dealership and Taotao are very close by and they wanted something to tack onto the TBR7 to differentiate them from run-of-the-mill versions.

Recently got mine from TXpowersports.com, and it went well.

Just search “Manny “ on this site and all will be revealed .I will say that if you can stand in front of him to make your purchase you will probably be alright ,other than that you should stay away if possible .

I was pretty much neutral; not positive nor negative. Just expressed a basic truism.
