Hello, I'm Billy. New here and it's been almost 30 years since I've owned a bike.
I recently purchased a hawk 250 and have some questions. It may take a while for me to learn to navigate this forum as I tend to be technically inpaired. Please bear with me.

Read the Hawk resource sticky at the top of the dual sport section. It has lots of good info on the Hawk.

Welcome, Ol Fart, I was raised in Hamilton, but I moved out of Texas in 1974. I bought a Magician a few years ago after not having a bike since the 80's.

The options for replying on the threads are Quote reply, and Quick reply. Both will add a post on the thread.
I did quote reply for example, so you know who I'm replying to. All replies are added to the thread.

If you want to message Magician directly, then you can send them a private message that will be between you two.

You're doing just fine, just keep some patience in your back pocket while learning this website and you'll be good to go.

There was a TBR7 sitting next to the assembled Hawk at the dealership. I had done a little research on the hawk but didn't know anything about the TBR7. In retrospect I wish I had bought it.
