Hello from my shed
Hello, I saved a magician from going to the scrap yard. Didn't know why it was heading there, it looked complete, and the odometer showed 39 miles, and it rolled.over to 40 pushing it to the truck! So up on the lift it went! Had spark and compression, so the carb was taken off- cripes this thing is tough to work on! And non removable bowl screws! Ha! Searching led me here, so thanks for all the info! It runs poorly on the stock.carb, but I guess I'll find another! No lights worked, but cleaning the key switch contacts fixed that. Gonna do the vermont thing for registering. The sticker on the plate expired in 2016, so.it isn't new, but it looks just like the new ones. Really looking forward to goofing around with this! Again, thanks for the info contained in the site here!
