Magician Handlebar Weights

Has anybody got a good choice for bar weights that is effective for vibrations. I am actually thinking about adding lead pellets to the bars.

I have a set of old Renthal bars on mine from an xr200r. Each side has a 12" sand filled rubber hose inserted into it, I also have a larger fishing wieght plugging the ends of the hose near the end of the bar. I know this is a cob, really I was just kind of screwing around in my shop. It really made a big difference though. My mirrors dont vibrate all around anymore. Also I would recommend changing your front sprocket to a 17T.
