When is a Templar not a Templar?
When it has a X or M suffix. Aside from the engine these Templars have very little in common, as I continue to discover.
I attempted to install my new JTR210.46 rear sprocket today only to discover that it doesn't fit. The bolt circle diameter is slightly larger than my oem sprocket. It also turns out that my oem sprocket has 47 teeth, not 49. My fault for not double checking that. I checked it months back with a flashlight in a cold, dark garage and it looked like 49 to me at the time. If any Templar X/M owner wants a new black JTR210 46 tooth rear sprocket, let me know.

Crap
Can you check dimensions of the original sprocket? Need values for the diameter of the center hub fitment, diameter enter to center for the bolt pattern, number of bolts. That should be enough to look at JT sprocket dimensions. The dimensions for the 210 with a photo from the JT website can be seen on the Templar resource, and we can add compatible sprocket for the Templar.

I ordered one JTR897.44 to test fit. I'm 99% sure it's a perfect fit but 100% is more betterer. FWIW a guy on facebook installed a JTR210 on his Templar but had to enlarge the hub holes to get it installed. I considered slotting the holes slightly but consider that a last resort option.

Yes I ran into the same issue. I also have an extra JTR210 sprocket for my M. JTR897 is good to go on the M, I just installed a JTR897.45 rear this weekend.

My M is a 2022 model and came with a 47 tooth rear sprocket. Interesting enough it also came with a 100/90-18 tire mounted and when I got a replacement wheel for it they sent me a 110/100-18 tire mounted on the new wheel.

I installed a JTR897.44 rear sprocket today and it was a perfect fit for my '22 base Templar. It appears that if your oem sprocket has 49 teeth you need JTR210 and if your oem has 47 teeth you need JTR897.

Yeah, the Templar family must have 3 baby daddies. 2 frames, 2 engines, 3 forks, 3 shocks, 2 wheel sets, et al.

Just when it seemed like Templar rear sprocket fitment was clear, some guy on facebook claims that JTR897 didn't fit his '22 Templar M. Now I can't be sure if there's any consistency between Templar models and rear sprockets. AFAIK every X so far uses JTR210 and every known base model uses JR897 but we have one M using each.
