more tbr7, mototrcycle questions.. chain tensioner

I have been hearing a rubbing noise when I am rolling my bike. I noticed that the chain tensioner are not even. I attached pics of them. Can that damage the bike? I only put 30ish miles on it while getting used to it so far. Lots of fun learning how to ride. The chain has become considerably looser since I started riding it. seems to have proper slack now when it was tighter before.
Is this something i need to fix? Still need to secure wires under instrument cluster also.
changed oil already, put in the rotella t4.

Uneven tensioners mean the axle alignment is not perpendicular to the direction of travel. It's not a 100% perfect method, but I use the measurement of the adjuster stickout to help determine if my axle is "square." When both are the same as measured from the same point, it should be good.

Short term it won't hurt nothing, but it will cause accelerated wheel bearing, tire, chain, and sprocket wear. It's best to make sure the alignment is as close to perfect as you reasonably can get it.

I will adjust it when i have some free time. Can i do it when its on the kickstand or do i need to buy a stand of some type? From what i have been seeing I need to loosen axle nut then adjust those tension nuts until they are equal then tighten it all up.

You got it,I use a tape measure to swing arm bolt to center axle bolt. Not to sure about the marks on swingarm. Never a problem.

I aim for center line of tire lined up with center line of bike.

What might be rubbing is the brake, look that the pedal is returning properly.
