Try pressing the foot brake while you try to start it. Or the hand brake.

Yeah that’s what I thought the problem was but nope still nothing. I tried the footbrake and the hand brake. Anything else I can try to check? Should I check the voltage on the starter?

Here is the top post on charging system, starting issues, etc. Regardless of what's wrong, follow through this. Bypassing the solenoid is covered in case you just have a bad solenoid.
