223cc to 229cc no spark

I bought a 229cc engine off of eBay, and swapped the head (ported) of the 223 on it. It looks exactly the same, but is ported.

Anyway other than that, the 229cc engine goes directly into where the 223cc engine was mounted.
The bike worked perfectly fine on the 223cc, but gives no spark on the 229.

Otherwise, dash comes on, blinkers turn on, starter turns over fine, and it looks like the gear indicator is working correctly.
It's just that the spark plug isn't showing any spark.

I did notice that outside of the 5 gear indicator cables, there are 2 electrical plugs that need to be connected.
One was pretty much identical to the 223cc, the other has 6 wires going in, but only 4 wires are connected. I believe a black one in the middle of the plug, isn't connected to anything.

What should I do?

Troubleshooting your electrical system begin with the battery and work your way to the spark plug…..

Battery is good. Spark plug is good. All electrical connectors worked perfectly fine on the previous engine

So I deduct it's either one of the plugs that has only 4 out of 6 wires connected, or the stator, or the crankcase position sensor (or something).
