First bike recommendation

I mountain bike a lot and am planning to get my first gas dirt or dual sport bike. I will be riding single track trails that are loose dirt and sandy. The trails are too tight to go fast and there are no jumps. I am 6 feet tall and 210 pounds. I want to buy the smallest dirt or dual sport bike that can support my height and weight. Can anyone recommend a dirt or dual sport bike that could support my height and weight?
