Sprocket mecca

I was looking for a new sprocket for my bike, could not find what I wanted anywhere without a chain conversion. Then I saw the website for Rebel Gears ( info@rebelgears.com), I emailed them, told them what I want, they said no problem. I sent them my original sprocket and a week later got my brand new aluminum one, this thing is perfect and weighs nothing, I mean its so light its hard to believe its metal. The design is sweet, the teeth are filed down, I almost dont want to put it on its so nice. But I will!!! Anyways, if anyone wants a kick ass sprocket with a special ratio in mind, the guys at Rebel Gears rock. The whole thing cost me 50$, but its worth it!

Is this a 428? Also, what are the numbers on the sprocket and teeth that you ended up with. Shouldn't it fit on most of these GY200 bikes?

My bike uses a 520 chain and comes with a 40 tooth rear. I had Rebel Gear people make me a 36 tooth sprocket to fit my chain. Basically, this is an awesome way to get whatever ratio u need without the chain conversion...

My new one is aircraft grade aluminum, much lighter. The bikes dont really have the HP to shave the teeth off, Ive heard of aluminum sprockets being used on drag bikes so this setup should not be a problem...
