AMR Stage 3

Hey ya'll, does anybody know if an AMR stage 3 CDI box would fit an LF200GY-5? I see a couple putting them on thier pit bikes and I wondering if they would fit my bike.

I took mine off since it seemed to make the bike less than stable and since I had already done the exhaust, rejet and air filter mods which helped a lot the CDI mod was dissapointing.

Ohh I went right past the cutting and modding of the stock exhaust and bought a cheap new aftermarket exhaust for an XR200 that fit OK after fixing the lousy workmanship on the after market exhaust.

Last night I finished my wife exhaust which is a chinese 250cc dirtbike exhaust fitted to her stock header pipe and it looks good, I just wonder how it will sound (soon we'll start it)

Others have gutted their stock exhaust but I wonder how that really compares to the ones we put on ours.
The exhausts we put on ours can be looked right thru with only a spark screen in the way.

Heres hers but it wasnt done in this shot.(looks much better now)

Heres my hideous bike.

make sure to get a few main jets when you do the exhaust. I have a 105 on mine and it seems to work best.

TC If you call you bike hideous, what would you call my new bike? I think mine redefines hideous.

Don't waste your money on the CDI. Better spent on the exhaust and air filter.

On here bike it was easy, she came up with the great idea of just cutting a little bit of the chinese 250cc header pipe off to add the amount we were short and it had the bend we needed.

It all fits very well and I just welded the middle add-in pipe to the exhaust and where the middle pipe slips over the stock header pipe I just cut four slots and plan to use a regular hose clamp to pinch it.(but its tight enough it shouldnt need it)
