High temp liquid gasket, our you could manufacture a soft metal flange. Then the clamp would seal properly.

Removed the rear section of the pipe tonight to get a better look at the problem. Whatever kind of gasket or material they use appears to be almost missing on a quarter of my pipe. (see images)

I have green plastics, but the headlight fairing has a 5 on it... It is like john deer green...
