Hey molypod, how's the lifan holding up?

I've sold mine and bought a new gy6 and also a sumoto quad from coast to coast and so far haven't had any battery issues, I think maybe the alarm system on those old ones are draining the battery? They don't get them on the new bikes, not sure if you use yours or still have it on there, but that may be an issue with the battery.

my sons 250 dirt bike would never kick start hot or cold , it would start firrst time every time on the elec. button, till i changed the carb
now it fires up first time on the kicker

High compression and bad timing can rip a shoe off when kickstarting, or so I was told 8O

Hey Jim!

things are still good.. the bike is running ok just the battery issue and I haven't bothered to figure it out since I don't mind kicking the bike to start. I've dumped it a few more times riding it hard and have had to replace the license plate and the plate bracket. I've also replaced the turn signals with some cheaps from china for $10.00 for all four
