50cc runs terrible when hot outside?

Hello, 50cc scooter (pertutti) runs 30-35 mph avg when the weather is under 90 degrees, but has been topping out at about 10 mph with hotter weather. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Colder dryer air usually makes more power, but that is not the problem here.

Is your scooter an electric choke and vacuum operated petcock?

how many miles on the bike? is it consistent?

is your filter stock ? if yes try to change to a free flow air filter .
