what's up china riders

I just bought a lifan LF200 GY-5 on craigslist and I looove it so far. The guy I bought it from did all the popular mods(carb, air filter, exhaust) and I'm pleasantly surprised at the way the bike rides. I am a motorcycle newb so I need all the help I can get!

Thanks Allen-- I've gotten lots of great info about these bikes over the last two weeks of cruising the site. I hope to keep learning.

Not as many of the repairs as I would like. He did also put a set of duro tires on it though. I think I'll tackle the brake squeal tonite.

Success!!! Front brake squeal is history, but now my low beam headlight is out. Anywhere to get this BA20D bulb stateside. It looks like all the sites in the links in the parts sticky are in europe. I also adjusted my chain(it was way too tight) and handlebars and added the bicycle speedometer. I guess I'll just use the high beam untill I can find a replacement bulb.

There is a link to a bulb in the parts sticky from Denniskirk. Best to buy more than one at a time. $3 each and get the 45w or 60w bulb.
