The new bolt I got was a touch too big in diameter, so I had a buddy turn it down in his machine shop today. Fits nice now.
I needed the assistance of two employees to line up the holes for insertion though.
Drive test tomorrow.
Thanks a bunch! -Cory

That metal sort of nipple looking thing on the top of the swing arm sleeve, center of bike? How do I get the grease into the fitting/nipple? If I need a grease gun what type size should I get? Thanks guys! -Cory

Should be a standard automotive grease gun.

Ok I got the grease gun but the grease fitting on my bike is in a awkward position. It is pointing straight up in the center of the swing arm sleeve directly behind the rear suspension. I think I need to get a grease fitting that aims to either side so my grease gun will connect to it. -Cory

You can buy them at auto parts stores or hardware stores with different orientations. They just thread in like a screw.

I replaced mine with an angled one.

Hey pizzarider, that is the one I was talking about, but the guys already said that. The fitting is not at a very good angle. Putting an angled one in will be the best option to allow for greasing.

Kato when you replaced your grease fitting, what size did it end up being? Just need to know cause I went to Auto Zone and we couldnt find the right size for the HSUN's fitting. Need to know what size ratchett and what size grease fitting. Thanks! -Cory

Will you do me a favor when you get time? Will you try to find out what size wrench fits your fitting? We spent 30 min at autozone taking wrench after wrench out of the package just to find one that would take my grease fitting out. None would fit. With the size I can call around to find the right size wrench. Thanks -Cory

I would think it is a 8,9, or 10mm wrench, but may be a 5/16" wrench.

I will take a look to find out. I remember it was tough to get too it.

I went out to my garage and used the smallest wrench that came in the "tool kit" but even that was too big. -Cory
