The SunL SL300 goes 70+ mph hour
I am a bit surprised and amazed. This little 270cc with 4 speed only when 70+ mph with ease on the highway. But I was a bit annoyed by how high strung the motor sounded. So far one of the nuts that held the header pipes has vibrated off. Its replaced and now tighter. This thing only has 300 miles on it. I think it will get better with time. I am going to ride it around town for a few more miles before a long highway trip.

Now I'd like to see it with a different sprocket setup.

If you are going to be dong 70 MPH regularly, you will also need to do inspections regularly
I've removed loose nuts with the throttle before. I just cracked it loose and revved the motor until the nut backed itself off! (up hill) Check your wheel bearings often as well, they get wicked hot if not lubed   ![]() Enjoy that rod-bending thrust, Brother, but keep an eye peeled! Be safe, Tigertamer

For some reason I dont have trust in this bike. My Honda I know I can do triple digits and it never misses a beat. On this bike I always listen and check up on the bike regularly. Makes me feel like I got a GM car

I was kidding too, even though my mustang is badd. Pisses everyone off cause I got a huge sticker on the back window that says "Built Ford Tough.....With Chevy Stuff!!!!!!!!!". I also have a toyota 4 wheel drive that will out climb a wildcat. Had a 91 civic that needed valve stem seals at 300k, so I traded even for the same year Pontiac GTA trans am.LOL.

8O With my large posterior (250 lbs) on the 650 Vstar wound right out with a tailwind i'll only get up to 80 mph (130 kph) so that 'lil 270cc ain't doing too bad. Wish Ya-mama built a different gearset for the shaft drive bikes, woulda saved me buying the 1100 and givin' the 650 to my girlfriend
