I know the LF200 (first gen) uses 4-stroke motorcycle oil but what weight?
20W-50 or 10W-40? |

well this is a tuff question according to american lifan motorcycle oil only, and the weight depends on the climate and what the temp. is but according to the manual its 15w40 which is rotella and somewhere on this forum you can find a post i made that explains this better the short answer is what you like and trust

I would go lighter 10w40, but 15w40 is fine too.
Since it is fall in most areas a lighter oil will be fine. Allen

I live in Southeast Georgia so the falls/winters here are very mild. But anyways, I'm going to just go with 10w-40.
