Looking for the cheapest american lifan dealer

Looking for the cheapest drop shipping certified american lifan dealer I want to get a LF200GY-5 thanks in advance.

American Lifan only has one dealer which they allow to ship bikes, and only if it is shipped somewhere that doesn't have an existing brick and mortar dealer as far as I know.

I'd be interested to know what happened if they really are closed for good. I'm wondering if they can't get bikes from China due to the flooding? Can't get credit because of the banking crisis?
