shop manual

I have come across a shop manual for the 200gy series of motorcyles. Its in English!!!!! If I was to get these printed up,what would you be willing to pay?It appears that these will cost about $23 to reprint.
It is an 8 chapter book and 161 pages, complete with torque specs, trouble shooting flow charts lots of good illustrations and good wiring diagrams.
It was made for the OHC engines and drum rear brake systems.

Why not just scan it and burn it to a cd?

You aren't going to run into copyright issues reprinting this book?

I don't think the Chinese worry about copyright issues.

I would be interested, but I would also like to see a sample of the information that is in the manual. I also like the thought of making it a CD/PDF(I know that it would be huge) that sounds more cost effective in the long run.

I think people would buy a CD before a book....

Since you are already going to be coping it...just do it once and turn it into a PDF.

Are the pages Front and Back?

You could always put it on a website like 4shared.com as a pdf then anyone could reference it.

I have looked throughout the book,no copyright stamps or what not...I thought about that too.I will take some pics of various pages and post them up.I have never liked the cd pdf versions unless they were for a backup and you worked on something with a lap top all the time, you end up printing the pages anyway...........
