the throttle screw does it add more speed beacuse your thorotle is tighter

Is it the one that is there to limit the throttle, or are you talking about the the throttle cable adjustment?

Hey dude!
Take the throttle limiter screw out, and seal the hole with silicone. All the screw does is limit the travel of the throttle, i.e. you can only push the lever 3/4, 1/2, whatever. Tightening the cable will be phase 2... --Vince
