Cal,
The address is 607 E. Hwy 80, Sunnyvale, TX. Is this the place your drive-by? Do you know if this is a showroom?

I call 'em, but they never answer the phone. E-mail is the only way.
I offered to drive 300+ miles to pick up the mso and bill of sale, but
they didn't respond.

Yep it the same place. Sign still says Awsome Offroaders. Looked like they were closed when I went by yesterday afternoon. Was going to stop by and nose around abit. Guess he went home early. Stopped and looked when I was in the market before buying the HiBird. I think it was the third try before I found him open though.

Let me know if if you want me tostop by on my way home Monday or anytime next week.

There is a tax office in Terrell about 15 minute east. It is Kaufman County though. Pretty fast and no waiting. That might be convenient if you head from there back to Houston. Hwy 34 will take you to Ennis and I-45. I will look and see what might be close and in Dallas county.

Yes, I've told my credit card company that I want to dispute the charge for the bike. I have no idea if I'll be successful.

Shamrock told me he dropped off the paperwork at UPS Sunday. But it's been 3 days, and I still haven't received it. UPS told me that I should have it by now and either it's lost or the sender did not actually send it. I'm beginning the think Shamrock is really jerking me around. I'm thinking he's never going to send it. He has told me he send it on at least three occassions, but I don't trust him anymore.

Can I send the bike back to A.L. and try to get my money back from my credit card company? The bike is already put together, but I haven't ridden it on the road.

What should I do?

Everything shipped via UPS can be tracked. Ask for the tracking number. Ups does not move on the weekends though. Still, UPS ground is guaranteed next day between Sunnyvale and Houston. Should be delivered today if he did indeed drop it off on Sunday. If he really shipped it he would be glad to give you the tracking info.

EDIT: Oops, it is Wednesday, I was thinking Tuesday. Should have got it yesterday. If your still haveing trouble getting ahold of him, I will stop by there tomorrow and get a better way to contact him. There is no excuse for this kind of service.

Cal,
Shamrock did send me a tracking number. The UPS website shows UPS have not received the package from the sender for that tracking number. It seems to me Shamrock didn't drop it off like he said he did.

I'm able to contact Shamrock via email much more efficiently now. He is responding to my email very quickly. However, he keeps saying he sent it.

Awesomeoffroader no longer appears to be in business. Their store is empty. I guess they're only doing internet sales. Judging by their customer service, they're not going to last long on the web.
