Thanks for all the help. I found the throotle screw and adjusted it to what I wanted to it go. That screw that is broke must of already been broken and laid there. I touched it went I took out the air filter to clean it. There is no way I broke it while it was screwed in.

I thought i'd add a pic of where the throttle stop screw is located, this is pretty much a generic spot for all GIO products as it's the same on my 200c Beast, 110cc T1, and 50cc mini ATV, it's located at the "green arrow" in the pic, there is a jam nut and machine screw, the futher you screw it in the less throttle lever travel.

ATV SIDE COVER CAP
I have told this person to email me his address to send him one.. if anyone else need this plug.. on EBAY it is called a side cover cap... they cost $5.99.. plus $1.99 for shipping to CANADA... the seller is LONCIN99 .. I always put some silicone on these as they do loosen up and fall out.. this way they stay in.. you never really have to remove them..
