Engine RPM limits
Hey Guys
My tach has a redline of 10,500rpm. My question is can the 163FML OHV engine spin that fast? Mine is new and I am holding it to 7500 and under right now but wanted to know for later use. It does seem to want to rev Thanks Joe V :P Viva VX200SX |

These 200 cc engines build max HP at 8000, so above that you're just wasteing revs and engine life.

I've peaked mine out at around 8000-8500rpms, and that's all the little booger can do. I dont do this often, but I have ran 'em up there.
