Engine RPM limits

Hey Guys

My tach has a redline of 10,500rpm. My question is can the 163FML OHV engine spin that fast? Mine is new and I am holding it to 7500 and under right now but wanted to know for later use. It does seem to want to rev

Thanks

These 200 cc engines build max HP at 8000, so above that you're just wasteing revs and engine life.

I've peaked mine out at around 8000-8500rpms, and that's all the little booger can do. I dont do this often, but I have ran 'em up there.
