Blinker and my new bike

as far as the blinker beeping noise thats an easy fix right underneath the seat there is a flasher relay just swap it out. i took the one out of my buddies car and put this one in... he did not like that very much.

i just got my bike from V-bike about a week ago i wanted yellow but all he had left was black and silver so i took black. for the top speed im swaping out my drive geer to a 16 tooth sprocket i ordered from www.scooterparts4less.com its a 428 chain and 20mm x 17mm spline ill let u know how it works out it will take it from about a 2.73 ratio to a 2.50 ratio i had my bike up to 70mph at 11500rpm 160lb rider i like my machine alot. 400 miles on er.

look out for that front rotor i didnt check mine tell it started wobbling real week bolts and missing 3 the other 2 were loose, I ran down to O'rilies and got some actual bolts instead of the allen that they had they are M8x125x30 Hex Flanged 10.9 grade, fit nice and snug.

exhaust leaks seem to be the only other problem that i have had.

ps. Loc tite will be your friend.

LOL - I just filled the hole in mine with epoxy. Much better now.

Let me know how your sprocket change works out.

I check mine for loose bolts everytime I ride, so far, nothing has loosened up yet.

I apologize if this is a stupid question but how is the spline on the shaft measured? When you say 20mm/17mm do you mean the measurement of the center hole of the sprocket at the notched and flat spots?

If you go to the JT sprockets web site and look up part number JTF 259 ( or something similar ) you can see a drawing that answers your question.

I didn't find any way to look up a specific part number on that site. It's all by model only and I have no clue what bike to pull up for that sprocket. I'll hit the google in a bit and see what I can find.

Thank you much for the link. That's what I thought was being measured but I wanted to be sure. Now to go pop the cover off my Hensim and get to measuring.
