stock jet numbers

Anyone that has modded (replaced) the stock carb on their boom vader (2020 yr) happen to know what the stock jets were that are in the original stock carb that came with the bike?

Thanks much

Carl

You might try reaching out to Pete at Kronik Racing he is the go-to guy and is a Dealer for them.

I know this is late but I just took mine off to order jets.

I have a PowerSportsMax X-Pro Vader from late 2020. The carb is marked with a K above Sheng Wei PZ20. The stock main is marked K78, a 99101-116 Series. The pilot is K36, I haven't been able to find a match for it yet.

On some other web / social site, someone had a "copy of a Keihin PC20" carb on a 2017 SSR Razkull. He said his stock jets are Main Jet 82C, Idle Jet 35C. He said his uses Keihin 99101-116 Series Main Jets
and Keihin N424-74C Series Pilot Jets,

Mine is def not a N424-74C pilot. It is threaded at the end of the tube, not in the middle.

Edit: Turns out my pilot jet is the 'mystery' jet discussed elsewhere, hard to find.

jets

Scott

this is the jet kit I used from 6 Sigma Racing in Phoenix AZ
Got the kit on flee-bay.
and yes, the pilot jet is the mystery jet for sure.

I used the number 85 on my BoomVader (2020 model) at almost sea level in VA and it works nice. no more cold start popping before the motor gets good and warm. very little choke needed for starting.

Thanks for that Carl. How many of which jets do you get for that money? Which pilot did you use? Not sure I want to invest in the stock carbie. I have jet drills on the way, at least I'll get use out of those in the future

Not a Vader... but a Hellcat... so similar.
My stock carb is a PZ-25 Keihin clone.

Stock jets: 88 main, 32 pilot.

Cheers!

yo get three main jets, 1 pilot jet and spacers for raising the slide needle upwards to richen the mid range mixture.

my kit came with numbers 80, 85 and 90 main jets
a number 38 pilot jet ( which cannot be used as the stock pilot jet is a wierd one) mine has a 36 pilot jet in it.
And a selection of 5 shims for raising the needle in the slide.

When you order the kit, you let them know what you are planning on doing with the motor on the bike (keep it stock, change air filter, ect.)
what your local elevation is and what model bike you have.

I installed the number 85 main jet (mine had a 78 in it)
i pried the cap off the idle air screw so I could adjust the idle mixture. ( mine was almost all the way turned in from factory)
I installed 1 of the needle shims.

Thats what I did to my bike. want tokeep it pretty much stock.

Carl
