Anyone had any problems or experience in Ontario? HELP!

It varies from Province to Province, just as it does in the States. If the bike was imported with a TC decal on it, you're likely good to go. If not, see if your Province allows dirt bikes to be converted to dual sport bikes.
BC used to allow that, but not any more. :(
