Bashan storm 2000 Help

i apologize if im posting this in the wrong place.
i been on this site several times and don't know the lay in the land so my bad in advance, now

i have a bashan storm 2000, or the boogy as i call it, it worked awesome, no prob at all. it still does, but now i notice the speedometer no longer works.

im trying to sell it , but with this not working, nobody is willing to pay a cent close to what im trying to sellit for .the light on the gauges all work, just when im driving it, it doesn't mark the speed or the miles ive ran .

any idea guys?

You have a broken speedo cable. Very common. If you can't find a replacement yourself the more knowledgeable guys here on the forum will help you out.

The easy thing to check would be the speedo cable take the end off of the front wheel and spin the wheel. look down the hole and make sure things are turning correctly. if that looks good re-connect it and take the cable off of the speedo end, and spin the tire again, if the cable spins in the housing, then the problem is in the speedo head.
