Seat cover
I am looking for ideas to recover my seat, as my bike sat outside for a couple of seasons. Has anyone had any luck with seat covers or any tips on simply buying some material and trying to stretch and staple?

The Coleman/WalMart/Amazon padded seat covers are great. Would one of them cover up the damage and add some padding?

I recovered the seat on one of my China bikes, and it was relatively easy. It looks good, with no wrinkles or folds. I bought Daytona vinyl, on the advice of the nice lady at the fabric store; apparently, Daytona vinyl is UV-resistant and won't fade quickly.
