Yup, in the 60's in the Chicago area today. Too bad we got snow coming sometime after Wednesday.

Rained again here from Sunday till now but the sun is on the way!
Between both of our rain gauges, we've had 46+" of rain on the ridge this season. Not bad for a CA drought, huh?

here in bikers' paradise, the riders are out everywhere

sun's shining, 75 F , flowers blooming, pastures green, fish biting, obama's at a game with the castro"s (wonder if they golf?), Brussels is burning, anti-gun/pro immigration socialists are getting their countrymen blown up, and everyone I know in this "backwater, uneducated, hick, fly- over low class, god- fearing republican area" around here is safe, out and about, having fun, and armed to the teeth. ,just maybe ,conservatism "ain't" all that bad.....

Odd weather in many areas lately but only getting better.

Praise God for the annual Spring rebirth of the environment, not to mention His (and our) own. Almost Easter!

One of us (may have been me, I don't remember) once asked Spud what he did during the winter. His response was epic:

"I pray for summer!"
