Hey every body I'm new to this forum and will be getting a hawk 250( Hopfully green or blue) pretty soon. I will be going supermoto with it so any and all advice is welcome don't hesitate to PM me. Im near Conroe aka Houston it would be cool to find some people to rid with every now and then.

You gonna do some hooligan stuff around the woodlands mall?
there are some threads about dudes making conversions, look those up , they'll be helpful i'm sure. the mikuni carb just came in today so maybe the hp boost will help a little to get the front wheel off the ground. |

Sprockets - 17/45
Carb - Mikuni Tires - Shinko 705's 90/90-21 and 120/80-18 Longer Shifter (optional but recommended) Here's my thread on my upgrades: http://www.chinariders.net/showthrea...upgrading+hawk Oh and get some high temp paint for the exhaust cuz it will rust. Be sure to change the engine oil and fork oil as well. |

I am getting ready to change mine this weekend. One guy recommended 10w so that's what I'm going to put in mine. I'm also still waiting for my oil cooler. You will also want to check your valves as they come wrenched down tight.
