I have a 15T front and 46T rear. I use a high quality gold Asahi X-ring 428 chain (amazing things - don't stretch!). With that sprocket setup I have found that I need 126 links. I bought a 130 link chain and cut it down; a very simple process.
As a side note, I have seen people on here suggesting an "upgrade" to a 520 chain. IMHO this is not at all necessary, or even desireable - just buy a high quality chain that doesn't stretch like the rubbish provided from new... |

Harbor freight has a crude, simple but effective chain cutting tool that allows you to not worry about going over and having to take the chain to a shop to cut down. Obviously, it is the too short chain you would want to avoid.

###Machine translated### Rotary thimble, you can take a back and forth, not hard (the thimble is easy to break). Hammer can be used to knock off the loose pin shaft (to make it loose), you can also use grinder cut off the pin shaft riveting position, remove is more easy! --- https://support.google.com/translate.../6142483?hl=en ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 1: Wrong 2: OK 3: Tips for average Joe 4:Tips for re-install & Summary
