Something has gone wrong at last!!
Half way to work last night , in the middle of noware the 4 drive pins on the rear sprocket shear leaving me with no drive. Don't think I'm the first to suffer this, I'll hunt out a set of standard ones and set about looking for something beefier.

is it the stud connected to the rim and the sprocket that sheared ? Maybe the rubber bushings are shot on all 4 ?

Fatboy250 just posted about this. He used grade 8 american 1/2 in. bolts and tapped the sprocket to accept them. I think he just screwed them through the sprocket, and cut off the head of the bolt to make 1/2 in studs. Cheap fix if you got a little knowhow. My studs keep loosening up, even with locktite on them. Winter project is to do as Fatboy did, except with grade 12 bolts.

I've found a set of stock pins to keep me going, the pin's a bit of a strange size 9.15mm. There seems enough metal in the centre of the bush to drill it 10mm, the sprocket has a set of 8mm holes I could drill and tap 10mm, I could then make some studs form high tensile steel.
