Hawk Jetting
I bought a kit of 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, and 125. So far I tried 110 and it ran perfect no bogs anything, now I am running 115 seems fine also but time to time I do hear it like fart just once only but that is rare. I will be installing soon one of those ebay exhaust and I have the airbox mod like motocheez did, So my question is, what is the max jet I can have on this small bike?

It's all about the one that works the best for the area that you ride. I also think RCH should send me some money.

110 works great for me. 115 is a little too fat. I think Motocheez went to a 115 and he thought it was a little fat. I think he was going to try 112.5 next.
He has the airbox mod and exhaust. What's your elevation? |

Elevation I have no clue and needle clip is stock I haven't messed with it, but doesn't bog big out for me at all but when it's idle sometimes it farts and when I turn it offf almost always it farts. I think I'll go to 110 and later on order a 12.5 if I can find it.

I have a stock pilot, i think that is a 25 or 20. Because it is stock my needle is at the bottom clip. My hawk runs great, I'm reluctant to fiddle with it because I like how it runs. If I mess with the Air box and exhaust I will probably dive back into the carb.
I'm at 200 ft above seal level. |

Hawk jetting
I just got a set of number drills and set out working my way up until it ran like i wanted. I think i settled on 108ish. I wasn't really paying attention to size, just working my way up. I have stock gearing and i can push 75mph indicated though its wound out tighter than frog pussy at that speed. I may gear up but i like to have the low end to throw mud once in a while. At this setting i get really good low end power and decent top end giddyup.
