I laugh, too, initially, until I see it is registered in New York. If it really is, it is worth some money more than mail ordering a new bike simply because I believe New York shut the Hawk down. If this is not the case, this thing only has value as being assembled, and is worth about $1k less than the posted price.
For this price, as nice as the Hawk is, and assuming Hawks cannot be registered in NY anymore, it would still be a better deal to order a brand new TT250.

That better be a typo on the top speed in kph. For that price it better be 80 miles per hour

I'm in the Hudson Valley area where that was posted. I know of about 6 Hawks registered in NY, with most of them being registered spring time of this year 2016 without any issue. If anyone has registered one in NY the past month, please chime in.
