Whoooo Just ordered my Brozz !!
Well as the title states I just ordered my Brozz from superiorpowersports.
Jim did confirm that they only have red and green left and stock is getting "really low" I ordered a green one as that was my first choice when I was initially going to order a Hawk. Then I found the Brozz and really wanted orange But That ship sailed because I procrastinated trying to decide between the Hawk and the Brozz |

Well While I wait for my bike to arrive I have complied a list of mods, and I'm placing orders today.
1. Remove decals 2. Gut out Catalytic converter and maybe one baffle in the muffler. Depending on how that works out I may or may not order a aftermarket exhaust 3. disassemble wheels and powder coat "black" 4. reassemble wheels with Ultra heavy duty tubes 5. Install Spoke covers " black" or maybe green since the bike is green Hmmmmm.... 6. Disassemble swing arm and powder coat "black" 7. Reassemble swing arm and install Grease fitting 8. Install hand brush guards " green" 9. Magnet for oil drain plug 10. Wire in usb port for cell phone charger and Install Ram mount Oh and maybe some green renthal grips ..... What do you guys think

I think #4 is a must. I am one of 2 guys last week who had a flat rear tire. The mechanic said that the tube he took out was really thin. I'm probably going to replace my front tube soon, just to be safe.

EDIT: Answered my own question.
Tube Size Front 90/90-19 OR 2.75/3.00-19 Tube Size Rear 110/90-17 OR 3.60/4.10-17 In case anyone else needs to know.

Might as well change the fork oil before you install them, and i picked up a cable luber off ebay and a can of Liquid Wrench chain & cable lube from Harbor Freight as many have said the cables are a little dry...
No time like assembly to put a couple good coats of paste wax on everything that can be waxed! |

Your mechanic is right. The tubes that come on these bikes are really thin. Good idea to replace them right away...ARH

I had bad front tube on my Hawk that kept going flat before I rode it. I replaced the valve core and that didn't help. The tube about was 1mm thick and was pinched. I replaced both tubes with STI HD tubes that are made out of real rubber and 2mm thick. They also have the 3mm and 4mm tubes but those are over kill for the kind of riding I do.
