How many of you just kick start your hawk

over the winter, the battery in the hawk didn't survive. I'm too lazy to get to the auto parts store and get another one. in the mean time, kickstarting it has been working fine, not taking more than 2 or 3 kicks to get it going.

anyone else lazy like me?

I always wished my 73' Sportster had a kick start. I'm a knuckle dragger.

I've had to kick start it a few times during the winter. I though the stock battery had finally died. Turned out to just be low on acid. It only take 2-3 kicks when cold and 1 now that it's warm.

I have never been able to kick mine. I grew up kicking over 2 stroke dirt bikes and my uncles old XLCH harley. But the hawk just will not kick over for me.
