Engine identification question (paging humanbeing)

Got a kick-only CG (presumably clone motor) in rough shape for $20. It doesn't have the normal codes on it, so I was hoping someone might be able to tell me what it is. The stamp starts with CSK, and the next row says 'D4061020802'. There's also a casting mark on the case that has an 04 on it, and it is held together by Phillips head screws, rather than hex headed bolts, kinda like my old CB125 motor.

How difficult is it to get a 200/250cc crank without an E-start gear for one of these? I basically just got it for the cases, the engine is in rough shape.

At least i never heard someone had that mod. Closest Honda using similar design is TMX155 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_TMX
Know any rider pals originated from south of the border? They may know how to source parts in reasonable price. Almost every1 from there ridden 1 of these & can be fixed for pennies by locals ...
