BMS 250 or Bashan Enforcer or db08 Storm

I talked to Don at APMC...I am torn between BMS Bashan 250, and the Bashan Enforcer 250. I know the Storm has a counter balanced engine, and that would be a good choice. Some of the guys that post here have said the non counter balanced engine, after some break in is a not a problem. I think my first choice for myself would be the storm, and the coin flip comes for my wife, who desire a lower seat height. Any thoughts or flip a coin? There is another post regarding the same issue, and thanks to all that have posted. Flip coin? Thanks again!
