installing headlight and taillight on rx250

i would like to install a headlight and taillight on a 2017 rx250
i would like to know what tools and parts need to install successfully if any one has a write up or has done it successfully the help is much appreciated

These: wires/ switch/ weatherproof connectors ,a fuse holder & fuse is a MUST. Don't forget take ur toolbox out.
If budget is really low & not willing to make it street legal. Youtube had tons idea.
