Xingyue ITA150 150cc scooter

I hate making so many threads but this just fell into my lap like half an hour ago.
My girlfriends father is leaving for Arizona for a while(2+ years). So he is selling off his mini bikes and scooters he doesnt need. He is offering me a Xingyue ITA150 150cc scooter(XY150T-7) for $200.

I am not a scooter guy. But it seems like a good deal, i guess? It does have a second spare motor.

I cant find much on this scooter, practically nothing at all. Can anyone here be able to tell me more about it or direct me to place i can find more info?

Are there any major problems with this scooter or anything thing i should look out for? I am more concerned with the ability to find spare part in the case that something breaks.

I cant seem to find a manual anywhere. I really want to know what to set the valves to and what not. But i assume it is a Gy6a motor so that should help in that area.
