Front wheel bent. Replacement?

Hi all,

My brother bent the front wheel and we cannot find a replacement anywhere. Do any of you know where to get one? This is is the for the 250cc hawk enduro from Amazon.

Found these on Amazon, sure look like they fit the hawk. Or you could just get a better 21" rim from somewhere (EXCEL) and rebuild the wheel.
