Update#2.... The reed valves look to be in good shape. They are sitting nice and tight and level. Please see video below... After checking this, I'm at even more of a loss. Help pllleaaase.

Update: well I did a compression test and it gave me 60psi. :(

Before you get discouraged with that result, what compression gauge are you using? How long is the hose + adapters. The longer the hose the more volume you will have, thus resulting in a lower pressure reading. Also depend where the check valve is located in your setup. Granted, that’s pretty low, I encountered a similar issue with a jet ski. Using a cheap gauge and 1 foot extension with adapters, resulted in 30 psi lower than actual...

Also when checking compression make sure the throttle is wide open.
