Tbr carb

Ok so I have had the tbr a few months now and only have rode it around 160 miles have changed the pipe and jetted the carb have a 115 and did the 2 washers under the needed it runs good it just surges At part throttle around 40 mph what can I do to fix that?

I had the same issue with mine ,110 main , two washers , BUT the primary jet was broken off ( in half). Runs fine but stumbles just on throttle. Called Txpowersports for new carb. now the waiting game.

Bigger pilot? Or raise needle? Or maybe main increase?
Just experiment kinda
