Gonna pop on the Nibbi

Morning!

Still can't get my stock carb just how I want it on my TT250 and I think Ill just bite on the Nibbi.

Is there a particular Amazon link? I saw a few kits with intakes and pods, but I don't want to accidentally order a counterfeit.

I'm in PA near sea level. Factory exhaust is opened up and the silencer is removed from the airbox. I'll use a pod if it's part of a kit. Any suggestions for what jets to start with as a baseline?

tl;dr Gonna buy a Nibbi whether I need it or not. Help me make it as easy as possible.

I just bought a Nibbi 30mm and I am having trouble finding the right Intake Manifold Air Joint Boot and Air Filter. Does anyone have some links for the proper parts. My research seems to be failing me on this one.

This is what I got from another thread.

Further in the thread, there was talk about how the carburetor's performance is similar, but one is easier to adjust than the other depending on which bike it's mounted to.

I don't know if this is the correct intake for the TT250, and would like to before I order. It's not specifically mentioned in that thread. It is mentioned as having fit a 2020 Brozz.

Yes, that is what all I used for my Brozz. I can't tell you for sure about the intake but the bikes are so similar I think it should fit. I installed mine so the intake angle towards the right side of the bike.

BTW I installed the aftermarket exhaust and it does help a little with power, but I am honestly regretting it. It is on the way too loud side for my tastes. If I did it again I would go with the pod filter and the Nibbi tuned right and keep it there. You will have to delete and or cap the stock EGR valve crap to run the Nibbi. It was pretty much perfect at that point.
I am going to order a decibel killer to see what that does for the aftermarket exhaust.
I did the Car Customs exhaust that is "specifically" for the TT250 and had to fidget back and cut a bit to get to fit the Brozz.. then, when looking at the pictures on the website more closely, noticed that the installers had to "engineer" a bit to get it to fit on the TT250.
If you do go for the exhaust just order the ebay one. I can't say it was worth the extra twenty five bucks.

Oh, and hilbish, I really don't know for you on the intake because the PWK is a pumper carb version and I just went for the PE30 which is not pumper so you may have throttle cable work involved as well

I'm still a noob I just try to share parts links that worked for me because it's a bitch trying to track it all down. I do wish people would be better about sharing specifically what they used, and on what, and if they had to fiddle to make it work or if it bolted right on.

You will need an intake more like these. Pick your price. No idea if there is any quality difference between price-points. That Nibbi one is straight. You will need the curve like these to make things fit.

I have something similar for my TTT250 (that the PO put on)..with a KOSO PWK30 and then I switched to a Mikuni VM26-606. Still a tight fit. It appears the bolt center-to-center is 61mm depending on which one you look at (I have seen some that show 62mm). You could measure yours to confirm.
