TT250 seat foam recontour
Hated the too far forward seat hump. Decided to do something about it. It has been done by others in
the past, here is my take. Remove staples holding the seat cover on from the rear moving forward about half way. Peel cover forward. Mark with sharpie on foam what profile you want. Cut with serrated bread knife. Shape with palm sander. I rubber cemented the cover back onto the area directly under my ass. Pulled it as tight as I could and began stapling the cover back on working from front toward rear. I could not fully pull the cover tight in the are of my new hump, so I stapled a strip of inner tube across that area to pull the cover in. It gives a faux passenger grab strap look. Just went for a ride, and I like it alot. I'm 5' 8", but I have short legs and long arms, so I like being able to scoot my ass back. Just about perfect now. Did not bottom out the cut at the base of the hump. Still have some padding in that area.

I actually worked on the bottom of the seat to take the hump out of the plastic. Much more comfortable.
