New back tire with pics
Hello Everybody,
Got my new back tire put on the other day and thought I would share it with you. It's a Pirelli 110/100 X 18 and just fits in there. Have about a 1/2 inch between lower shock mount and tire. SWEET!! ![]() Makes the bike look right in my eyes, ![]() Here's a pic of project bike number two all stripped down and ready to start the mods; ![]() The new back tire makes a world of difference in the dirt or any offroad enviroment, the stock one just couldn't cut it. Gonna be pissing off the hippies pretty soon!! Wolf |

It does so much, and you would never guess so. Next is the front tire..
My wife has a DOT knobby on the front, and my bike has the same tire as yours. In 1/4 to 3/4" rock, that tire on my bike causes the front tire to go everywhere but where I want it to go. Now my wifes bike rides like a dream.. Let us know how it feels on the road, I would really be intrested in buying one myself. Figured a slick out back would do better than the stock tire. Good job picking dirt tires China!! |

Hello Everbody,
Yea that back tire is badass, ran it hard tonight in some soft stuff, almost sand but not quite, and it grabs like you wouldn't believe. Front tire is kinda dodgy. It drops (or slides) out really easy. I weigh enough to throw the bike where I want it, but I'm still thinking about dropping some coin on a new front one, just to try and save the knees. The really big knobby back tire is kinda weird on the pavement, it almost makes the bike feel unstable until you realize that it's the tire making the bike feel weird. On a straight line it's all good but when you start to make a turn it feels like the bike is out of line. That make sense?? Yea, that's a Craftsman jack, for anyone that is looking for one Sears has them on sale right now for $69.99. Great buy I think, and WAAAAAAAY better than damned old milk crate. Da Wolf |

If I rode dirt all the time I would get rid of the stock front too.
